We collect only what you choose to send us. When you submit our contact form, we receive your name, email address, an optional phone number, the topic you selected and the message you wrote.

We do not require you to create an account, and this website does not host a donation portal, store payment details or process financial transactions of any kind.

We use the details you provide for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and to continue that conversation if you ask us to. That may include answering questions about tryouts, sending a sponsorship packet, arranging volunteer screening or discussing a gift.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to a mailing list without your asking, and we do not share your details with other organizations for their own marketing.

This website is directed at parents, guardians, volunteers and supporters — not at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 through this site.

Information about a young athlete is gathered offline through registration and medical release paperwork completed by a parent or guardian, and is used solely to operate the program safely.

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Contact form submissions are validated and sanitized on our server before being handled, and automated submissions are filtered.

Access to inquiries is limited to the coaching staff and board members who need it in order to reply.

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or cross-site profiling. If we introduce basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful, we will update this policy before doing so.

Our site links to our Facebook page. Once you follow a link away from this website, the privacy practices of that other service apply, and we have no control over how they handle your information.

We keep inquiries only as long as they are useful for responding to you and for our own records. You may ask us at any time to correct the information you have sent, to stop contacting you, or to delete your inquiry — call us or send a message through the contact form and we will take care of it.
